Yes, a “bonkey” is what my sons says instead of “monkey”. And, as of this moment I am hearing that work over and over, and over again. “Mom! A bonkey”…yes this gets old very fast! I keep turning around to see what he wants, and he just wants to show me how he keeps throwing the “Bonkey” off the second floor of his Diego’s House (Dora the Explorer’s cousin-for all that don’t know). Now, from my knowledge, Diego helps save animals, not throw them off of the balconys! I think our child has just viewed too much television in his three years of life…and maybe we have bought him video games that weren’t age appropriate! But…I must admit (and I hope this doesn’t make me a bad parent)..but it is actually pretty funny!
