So, I said I would never purchase a Fisher Price product again, but….
Okay everyone. I know I said that I would never purchase another Fisher Price product again, but I have found the cutest items on Ebay. My little Laura loves the “Rainforest” line. She just grins and giggles at the little monkey that she has. Well, I stumbled across a seller on Ebay that has the blankets, and cute little outfits. These are marketed by Fisher Price but they are made by another company. Right now these are only available to purchase in Canada, so this lady in Canada is purchasing them, then raising the price really high and reselling them to desperate buyers in the US. Personally I think this is bull. I decided to call Fisher Price to see where we could purchase them here in the US. The lady was real nice and said that they wouldn’t be available until November. But, come November they will be available in our local Wal-Marts. Yes! I decided to email the lady on Ebay and tell her what I thought about her little “scam”. I also informed her that they will be available here in just a few months. Ha! I hope she likes that! I cannot wait to purchase these little blankets and such for my little girl! She will love them!

I love my camera.

Not to long ago Eric and I purchased our new camera on Ebay. We got an awesome deal! We got a Polaroid m625, which is a 6 mega pixel. The retail price for these was right around $150, but the guy was selling his for $50. He had won it as a prize at some store opening, but he already had a camera, so he was just selling it to make a few bucks. It was brand new in the box. It has given us no trouble at all. What we really love about this camera is the re-chargeable battery. We can charge the battery for a few hours, and the battery will last for a couple of weeks before we need to charge it again. We only use the camera a few times a week to take pictures of the kids when they are being cute. I am very pleased with the camera. Before our new camera we owned a 2 mega pixel that I had bought back about 3 years ago. Now, that camera was a good one, but very out dated. Our old Samsung ate batteries like crazy. I was so sick of buying double A batteries! I can honestly say I will never purchase another camera that takes regular batteries. Maybe it is time for you to get a new camera. Maybe you should check out the Nikon D300! I have read great reviews on that camera. But if you are on a budget like we are, try the Polaroid m635! I love it!
No commentsPoor little foot.
So I had to visit the E.R. this morning. I actually got in and out within 2 hours. Pretty good. I had 3 x-rays. Come to find out, my foot was hurting for a reason. I have 2 fractures in the side bone in my poor foot. Ouch. I am on pain medicine right now, so I am feeling pretty good. Anyways, I was referred to see a foot doctor within a week, but I cannot afford it. This paper they gave me at the hospital states that it should take 6-8 weeks to heal. I have a really ugly shoe on, but it actually is helping. Poor foot. The Office tonight! Yay!
1 commentI think I broke my foot.
Well yesterday morning I twisted my foot. Today it feels worse than yesterday. Intense pain. I went and got myself some Chick Fil A on my way to work, but it didn’t make me feel better. Everyone is telling me that I should go have it looked at, but we simply don’t have the money. I could go to the E.R., but that will end up costing a sh*t load, but atleast I can make payments. If I went to a regular doctor I would have to pay all costs up front, which I can’t do. I think I may go when Stephanie gets here, but I am not sure. I hate going to the hospital. Hate it. I wish Eric could go with me, but he is at home with the little monsters. I called my mom, but she is sleeping. Maybe I should just wait it out.
No commentsOne hour long.
Tomorrow is the season premier for The Office! It is going to be an hour long! I am totally excited! Also the new Grey’s Anatomy will be coming on as well, but not as important! On another note, I am starving and I hope Eric gets here soon with lunch. Laura’s 3rd tooth is coming in! She has the two lower middles, and now her two uppers are working their way down. Poor baby! She is handling it well. Today she kept standing on her toes trying to reach the parrot on her jumperoo, it was very cute.

Rough weekend.

If there was a trophy for making through a rough weekend I would have a mantle full of trophies. This weekend has been the worst in a long time! Both of the kids have been quite moody. The whole car purchase did not work out. Eric had to get a new phone, because the person that sold him the Rizr decided they needed it back, which is total bull! I just really hope that next weekend will be better. I am going to lay around in my pajamas and eat ice cream! Well, maybe not eat ice cream all weekend, but I plan to get some rest. Today I had some issues with my blood sugar, which put me in a rotten mood. I feel better now, so I have started cleaning up the house. I plan to make some pies in a few minutes, yummy! I am so glad this weekend is almost over! I hope I get some money from my parents for my birthday, which is far away, I was just thinking about it! We sure could use it!

So our new “across the hall neighbor” moved in late last night. I have already heard his dog barking this morning. It sounds like a bigger breed, but I have yet to see this dog. I can tell you right now that if this dog is larger than allowed in this community I will turn his butt in so fast. I cannot stand a barking dog. I have a feeling that this new neighbor of ours is going to make us angry! I can already feel it!

Eric and I have talked about getting our wedding bands tattooed on. I think it would actually be really cool! Of course we would still keep our current wedding bands, but I think a tattoo would have much more meaning. You cannot simply just remove a tattoo! Hopefully maybe around the time we get our tax return back we can go out and actually get them! I think Eric needs to get at tattoo anyways! I have four and he has none!

Well, Laura slept in her bed last night. She woke up at 2:50 for a feeding, then again around 5:00 and then finally at 8:00. Which wasn’t too bad considering that she was waking every two hours a few weeks back. Although I am not quite sure if she got enough sleep because she is quite moody this morning. Speaking of moody, I heard that there was a bit of tention at work due to another co-worker of mine calling out. Maybe some collaboration software would help out. Who knows! There is a 30 Day free trial of this software! Some great things about collaboration software includes the ability to control integration to backend systems, total manage hosted solution, website content management, group scheduling, business email solution, etc.

Work yesterday went pretty smooth. Poor Amelia had a killer headache. Terry was not there due to a death in her family. I am not sure if things were a bit less stressful because she wasn’t there or what. Usually she freaks out about everything, like having 2 scheduled surgeries, and 5 showing up. There is just no reason to freak out about anything. If we are gonna have 5 surgeries, that is just what we are gonna have to deal with. Groaning and moaning about it isn’t going to do anything. We need a serious case of succession planning!
2 commentsNot sure if I should buy it.
So Jenny McCarthy has released a book about her and dealing with her son’s autism. It would be interesting to read, but it comes to about twenty dollars. I think I will wait to purchase until the price drops, lol. I cannot afford twenty dollars for something that I am unsure we will find the time to read. I think in the book she praises this weird diet that many mothers of autistic children have their children on, I just don’t think I could do the diet with Gavin. We have a hard time getting the little thrity pound boy to eat anything. He loves peanut butter sandwiches, and chips and chocolate milk. In this diet I know you have to cut out all milk and bread. There would be nothing left of my little boy if I cut out the two things he loves the most. He does love soy milk though, it would just be hard to find something to replace his bread with. I don’t know, Eric and I should give it a try, there are so many people saying it works. Maybe I will be able to find a book on just the diet. Maybe a “for dummies” book.

My feet really hurt.
Last night my feet got so cold that I was in serious pain. They have been doing this for the past few weeks, but last night was the worst. I even woke up this morning with cold painful feet so I have decided to call out of work and be at the doctors office as soon as they open. We cannot afford it, but atleast my doctor gives a very good discount to people without insurance, a BIG discount. So maybe I can find out what is wrong with me. Everything I looked up says could be caused by diabetes, or multiple sclerosis, which is kinda scary considering that they thought I had M.S. a few years back, but I could not afford to go back for further testing. They did do a scan on my brain and there wasn’t any “scarring” to my brain, so that was a good sign! Anyways, my feet really hurt, so back to the heating pad I go!

We really need to renovate our clinic. Everyday when I go to work all I can notice are the imperfections that I wish I could fix. First of all, it would be extremely nice to get some new reception desks. We all could perform our job better if we had some new computers as well. Every time I boot the computers they give me the warning that the hard drive is getting close to full. The other day our keyboard starting going out, just the keys on the left side, but I gave it a good drop on the floor and they seem to be operation normally now! Hopefully he will do some kind of extreme office makeover soon! That would be awesome!
