Thursday is going to be a rough day on Nay-nay. She will be spayed, micro-chipped, have her soft claws applied, and her ears glued. Poor baby. I hate it, but it has to be done. And having her ears glued is not only for appearance, it is for her ear health. (For all of you out there that think ear tipping is cruel, it isn’t) I just feel so bad for her. I will keep everyone updated on how things go. Hopefully everything will go smooth! She is my fur-baby and I LOVE her.

Man. I wish I could afford to get this. *Drools*

This is on the way to me as we speak! Just ordered it through TMobile today! Suckers! Muh-ha-ha-ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now that I am thinking about it, people that are crazy enough to drink and drive need to be removed from the road, and much more, but I will not get into that now! But for all of those who throw trash in their truck bed, those people need a mandatory tonneau cover, so that they can’t throw their trash back there! That way they will be forced to throw it away in a dumpster where it belongs! Or recycle it! People are so redneck in this state that they would just toss it out the window instead, maybe since they have a truck they are keeping our streets a bit cleaner!

I can’t stand it when objects fly out of the backs of pick up trucks. Or when people have a bunch of junk just laying in the bed of their truck, like freaking beer bottles! Why don’t they just invest in some truck tool boxes , and keep a lid on those things! How crazy people are for drinking and driving, but then to throw them in the back of your truck like you just don’t care at all! How do people get away with such! Someone that lives in our building does that, and I can’t understand for the life of me how that person doesn’t get caught! Maybe I should stop looking in the bed of their truck, like a nosy neighbor, or maybe they should just grow up and stop doing it!

Today I was walking Naobi around the building so she could find that oh-so-special spot to go potty, when my foot got hung in a cable that was sticking up out of the ground. I looked at it, and to me it looked like one of the bulk cable lines for cable tv and internet. I really became irate. The “maintenance team” are always walking around the building, and the cable guy was here yesterday fixing our cable! Someone should have noticed that and had the problem fixed! If I had fallen or if Naobi had tripped in that cable, the office would have received a not so happy phone call from me! And let me tell you, it wouldn’t be the first!

Yes, these are “Soft Claws”. Naobi has extremely sharp nails, no matter how we cut them. When she is playing she tends to scratch me and Gavin pretty badly, so I decided it was time to think about doing something about it. I even went as far as thinking about declawing her! Doesn’t that make me a terrible person! I just can’t having her slicing my children open. Then I remembered Soft Claws. I have ordered them today, in red, so hopefully they will be in before next Thursday. On Thursday she is going to have her surgery (Spay), and this will be the best time to apply them since she will be asleep! We are getting her micro-chipped during her surgery as well, so I am sure that she will hate me that day! She will never want to go with me to work ever again!

Well, I was shopping at Petsmart last night for some items that we needed for Naobi. A 20 dollar plastic food storage container, on wheels I might add, is an essential, right? Ha! Anyways, as I was walking around looking for a darn food scoop I ran into a bunch of stickers. Now, given that Naobi is only a baby, she isn’t vicious…..yet. But, she does growl and try to bite my face off when I give her kisses. So with that in mind I bought this sticker for our front door. You never know really, Shelties are known for their protectiveness of their owners. She might decide to go after the maintenance people one day, and rip them to shreds, and legally we will be covered by that one sticker warning them on our door! Plus, it will warn anyone trying to break in and steal the Patek Calatrava watch that we don’t own! But in all seriousness, I am sure that it is a good idea, but it just seems silly now. Eric just looked at me like I was crazy! I love my Nay-nay!

The last two weeks have been pretty rough, on everybody.Poor Laura first was fighting pneumonia, then had to fight two very horrible ear infections. I have never seen her so lifeless. Thankfully though, after going to the hospital 3 times, and her doctor’s office 4, she is doing much better. She actually has been smiling. It is so much worse when a baby gets sick, because they can’t express where it hurts, or that they even hurt at all. Eric and I missed so much work. It has just been horrible. Sometimes I wish we could move away from our troubles, maybe check out some Branson real estate, but we all know that you can’t move away to solve these kinds of things! We are just so glad that she is doing better, and we hope she is at the end of all of this. Hopefully during these next three days I can get this house back to normal.

I truly believe this girl is crazy. I am a firm believer that she needs help. Why can’t she check out a bunch of drug treatment centers and admit herself into one? I am sure she has enough money to admit herself into a really nice place. Well, as things are looking now, maybe her father will use her money to admit her into one. How many freak outs does she have to have before she gets admitted by law? Seriously? Look at this chick! Even her hair is crazy! How horrible does this look , and how horrible is her hairdresser! Maybe she did these herself, because from what I have heard she has an allowance now, how funny and sad is that?

Girrrrllll! That is a cute dress! Lets just say that Eric hates walking a dog outside, in front of the whole neighborhood, and the dog is wearing a dress, with a pink leash, pink rhinestone collar, pink “poop bags” and pink soft claws. Oh, well. He wanted a girl dog! We love her, she is freaking awesome! I thought I was crazy for wanting a dog, but not now! I guess I will not need to sit down and have a self assessment after all! Sweet!

So, Laura was back in the hospital Sunday night. She is doing better now, after they finally told us that the severe ear infection she had been fighting was being treated with the wrong medicine. Her pediatritian had been treating her with the wrong medicine! We are going to change her doctor, don’t you worry about that. The doctor at the hospital also told us that the reason she couldn’t sleep, and eat, or do anything for that matter without crying, is because that ear drum was “bulging”, and was putting her in severe pain. He put her one some pain medicine. Hopefully we won’t have to check out any drug rehabs for her! Just kidding!

She was sick enough last night for us to drive all the way to Vanderbilt, loose tons of sleep…….but look at her today! LOL! Well enough to try to eat the remote! What is that all about???
